Kombucha is a delicious, fermented drink that is rich in probiotics with a history dating back 2000 years.
MTO Kombucha (MTOK) is brewed by hand, with organic ingredients, using traditional techniques passed down through the centuries. MTOK uses a special blend of organic black tea, organic non-GMO, raw cane sugar, and an organic kombucha culture called a SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast).
When Should I drink it?
The short answer is: Anytime your thirsty!
How much should I drink?
We suggest you simply “listen to your body” to determine how much to drink.
Should I keep my MTOK cold?
Yes! Best enjoyed and served cold.
What is the shelf life?
The “best by” date on the bottle is simply a suggestion. Kombucha is fermented…it doesn’t go “bad”.
